Jowed Hadeed, the Poet Laureate, displays and physically conveys a mind bending redefinition of the English language, with all the dervish acrobatic of a SUFI POET (that runs through his veins).Partner in crime, vocalist Mark Putnam pulls from the richest wells.Putnam milks his deep southern grasp for melody, bringing a singer-songwriter sensibility he serves up his with molasses, bringin’ it on home with the cold sweat dramatics of a young Otis Redding(frontin' the Pine Tops). . . .And then the beat drops; from the gut to the bucket groove likeP-Funk jumpin' in The JB's shoes, is a rap group reborn a very soon to be great band, following the plan; payin' the serious dues it requires to produce & promote their break through recording, Be Yourself.
